GENERAL RULES
1. All drivers must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Driver must present a valid driver's license along with valid proof of insurance at registration.
3. Drivers must wear seat belt while operating vehicles in the track and pit area.
4. No alcoholic beverages or glass containers will be allowed on the Fairgrounds.
5. If alcohol is a factor with a driver competing, they will not be allowed to compete in the event.
6. ZERO TOLERANCE!
a. Any competitor (Driver and/or crew member) that is involved in a heated argument or fight will be asked to leave the event regardless and will not be allowed to compete. (Truck is out as well.)
b. If a fan causes a heated argument, that fan will be asked to leave the event.
7. No firearms, knives, or any concealed weapons are allowed on the Fairgrounds.
8. Once truck is registered and weighed, truck CANNOT leave track unless accompanied by an event staff member.
9. Drive shaft loops are highly recommended but not mandatory.
10. Speed limit on the event grounds and pit area is not to exceed 5 MPH. Any unsafe driving acts and/or speeding will not be tolerated. Disqualification will result and all fees will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
11. Nitrous shall not be used during the competition. Vehicles equipped with nitrous systems shall remove all nitrous bottles before competing.
12. No loose objects allowed in participant vehicle during competition. If not secured in vehicle and it comes out during competition; you will be disqualifed.
13. Event officials have the right to refuse or disqualify any entry for any reason felt necessary, without warning, ie. unsportsmanlike conduct, fighting, hot dogging in the pit, etc.
14. All medical bills and services arising from this event by the dirver and/or crew shall be the team's responsibility alone. All race team members hereby release, waive, discharge and covenants not to sue the promoter, pariticpants, track owners(s), track operator(s) and each of their officers and employees and release same from all liabilities.
15. Vehicles may be disqualified during Tech Inspection if officials find any unsafe condition.
16. Any driver not adhering to the safety rules will be disqualiifed.
17. All decisions made by the race officials are final.
Tug-a-Truck Rul

1. Driver to be weighed with the truck (no military vehicles).
2. Driver must wear seat belt while in the vehicles.
3. Driver or owner must furnish a hitch no higher than 30 inches from the grounds to top of all hitches (vertical or horizontal). Receiver part of hitch MUST be solid, if clevis is used it can move but not above 30 inches if pulled up. Hitch can't be moved in or out once you have started pulling.
4. Truck must be street legal.
5. Trucks must remain as stock wheel base
a. Stock wheel base for the make of manufacturer, must be short or long wheel base for all 4WD trucks and engine/driveline must be in stock position for all 4WD trucks.
b. Wheel base must be same as manufacturer of frame.
6. All weight must be secured.
7. During the event, drivers are to watch the start/stop flag. When contest is over and the flag is waved, the competitors are to stop!! If one of the drivers should jerk the other driver intentionally that driver will be DQ, this is for safety. No driver can open door while hooked or you will be DQ.
8. 4WD trucks are to have only one transmission and only one transfer case.
9. All trucks must have bedsides or full flatbed (from cab to behind tires and width of cab). If a bed is questionable then it is to be inspected by officers and board members.
10. All trucks must have complete hull of OEM cab.
11. All trucks must have some type of spring suspension (at least one).
12. All trucks must have working front and rear brakes.
13. No trucks can go in reverse when hooked (while light is green).
14. The white line on track is to be used as a wall; if you cross, touch, hang over, or land on it while in competition (if light is green or red) you will be disqualifed for that round.
a. If both trucks go out of bounds, they will re-hook.
b. If one truck intentionally sends the other truck out of bounds, they DQ for that round.
15. If your tire (pulling or non-pulling) becomes unbeaded (inside or outside beads) while hooked you are DQ for that round.
16. Any situation or vehicle set-up that is considered to be unsafe to driver, judges, and/or to the general public, will not be allowed to participate in the contests.
17. Pit crew cannot be on track after you are hooked or you'll be DQ.
18. Trucks have one minute to hook and one minute re-hook. NO JOCKEY!
19. If a truck is illegal during or after pull, the truck and driver will be DQ.
20. Truck transmission must be in neutral or park while the strap is being hooked and unhooked. Do not engage trasmission until directed to move by official.
21. All tires must be DOT approved for daily highway use.
22. Tug will consist of 3-30 second pulls. Winner will be determined by either most full pulls or truck that pulls other truck further at each 30 second mark.
23. Pulls will be 10 feet.
24. Weight classes:
a. 4WD 6500 lb
b. 4WD 9500 lb (each weight aforementioned is the maximum weight for that class)
c. 4WD unlimited
25. Best of three pulls wins.
